I’ve visited four times now, and while I recently encountered a defective product past the 7-day return window, the manager, Emma, was incredible. She went out of her way to ensure I received a replacement and even threw in a Stiiizy lighter. The customer service and product quality are unmatched—I’d recommend this shop over anything in the Merced area."
