I was let down by my recent visit to Stuff 2 Puff. Despite their advertised opening hours on Google, the store was closed, with the lights off and the entrance locked. This lack of reliability and inconvenience left me extremely disappointed. Potential customers should be cautious, as my experience suggests a disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Sold me a faulty pen and would not replace it, return it or give me a discount on another one. Would not recommend this place considering all the other smoke shops in the area.

Excellent experience. Thank you J K for making my juice choice so simple bro. You deserve a pay raise in my eyes brother. This man I speak of is outrageously courteous and a role model Customer service agent, even for a head shop. If the boss reads this, that man is by far the best employer I have dealt with, and I've never had a bad experience here. Definitely a place worth shopping at. I'm a gamer/streamer that will definitely rep stuff2puff I'm my streams once I have all of my equipment.

Super sick place. Definitely coming back. The lady behing the counter helped me, my friend, and my mom all without skiping a beat. She worked right before closing on 12/11/21 . Super helpful. Extremely accommodating towards my disabled mom letting her hold the pieces to find the perfect thing that fit right in her hands. Selection is pretty good with plenty of glass from prodo china to nice blown glass. Even some from local San Diego artists. Just waiting until they get an illadelph in them I'd be super set. Please give them a chance compared to most shops they actually have a great selection and good prices. Their wall of shame is always a good laugh as well. (Always make sure to check in case someone you know ends up on the wall of shame pictures) Service 9/10 Selction 8/10 (missing name brand things like sour downstems of highly educated nails/evanshores nails) Quality 10/10 Total 27/30 a near perfect score (rarely have shops in San Diego get more then 20 points)
