Always a great experience! Shopping here feels like you are with friends. John greeted me at the door, incredibly polite and welcoming! While I was waiting to pickup my order, Mike guided me on cleaning options and shared with me a new cool product! Rebecca fulfilled my order with a huge smile and helped me shop within my budget. For 10 mins before closing, I was treated better than expected for the last customer of the night. But I expected nothing less, this is my favorite place not only because of the product but even more so the warm and welcoming staff that always helps me with a smile and kindness.

Asia is a new employee at the US 1 Location in Port St Lucie. She was very nice and knowledgeable about each strain I asked her about. Update: 1/29/26 I returned to the location. Telly is so nice and pleasant she checked me in and welcomed me back. While in line I observed Michael at the work station and Asia working with another client also giving excellent customer service. She recognized me and greeted me positively. I proceeded to tell her about the review and said I’m didn’t know she had read it. Michael in a condescending tone said yes that’s why we tell y’all to do it. This is not my first experience with Michael he always has an attitude. He left me in line told me the price. I gave him a card that had the free pre roll. The manager had to make a minor adjustment and I was taken care of. When I asked Michael did he have a card so I could also leave him a review.. conveniently he did not have one. Thanks to the Sunnyside crew. Still my favorite store just won’t bee dealing with him again.

*update* I've spoken with the. Manager and im trying to give them another shot. And I must say Darlene is always amazing and if I could only deal with her each time of be so happy! I use to love this place. It is close to my house, quality is generally good and so is customer service. Lately you can order online and still have to wait 30 to 45 min at the store. They just got the speaker In the drive thru fixed but they won't have anyone come to it or they will have a sign on the windows saying call but won't answer the phones. Not all but the staff working today had horrible attitudes that did not help de escalate the situation. You have kids working there that aren't professional. They instigate situations with the customer and when asking the on duty supervisor for the manager she said she didnt have one. This place, especially on weekends needs to have a manager present and the employees definitely dont need to be the way they are. If a customer is upset it's not OK to make it worse with body language and escalatory comments.

She took the time to explain different options and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without feeling rushed. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection.
