My second time at Surterra. Had an issue with my first purchase. Lexi was excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this dispensary. Will be back thanks to Lexi customer service.

This was my first visit to this dispensary and the woman taking my order became very annoyed by me asking questions about specific products or for recommendations for a specific product, as this was my first time shopping this line of products. Every other dispensary I have been too has taken the time ans care to answer my questions as they pertain to the management of my pain and anxiety. I don't think I'll be coming back here thanks to a very off putting vibe. Which is usually not the case for the dispensary crowd. SMH. Happy Friday

Still my favorite spot in Pasco! The staff are 99% gonna be great, everybody can have a bad day once in awhile. Got 2 other dispensaries much closer to home but worth the extra time to hit Surterra instead! The only thing I hope to see is a little more of a selection of flower. Thanks guys!!

Never have I had an issue in this place until today. Joe? Might have been her name. Pretty rude off the rip. I said I am picking up and order I put in from yesterday scheduled for today. She claims that feature is only available for delivery options. Which was not how it was presented on the website. The gentleman working with her was great, his customer service attitude kicked in well and was cool. However, Joe? Couldn't count the cash I handed, needed to count at least 3 times. While being impolite through my whole experience. Everyone else I have dealt with there was nice every time I went except this time. I wish the gentleman working with her had handled my business instead. She can learn a lot from him. Very disappointed and dissatisfied about my experience.

Lexi was an absolute doll!! She helped me find all the best products, and was so super informative!! Def a stop to hit for great prices, quality product, and amazing customer service !! :))
