Starting: I understand employees don’t reflect the business as a whole. But I haven’t been her in almost 5 months. And when I was greeted at the back counter and asked for a preroll- I was looked at like I didn’t know what I was doing. Then was met with circular hand gestures and being told “THIS is where our preroll menus is…” um. Dude, yalls prerolls are on the other side of the counter and not once did you politely tell me that that’s where it was. I DEFINITELY don’t appreciate the attitude I was given. I get people have bad days, and I’m empathic. But damn dude. We had a 30 sec interaction where I was treated like I was dumb because I didn’t know where the preroll menu was on top of being rushed. Not sure why she was acting that way toward me. But damn. All I wanted was a preroll.

I really like the flower menu. There are some really great CBD options for their cartridges too. I've never had a negative interaction, everyone is always so nice and helpful no matter how scatterbrained I may be that day. Thank you guys for being so consistent. The aesthetic of the whole shop is perfect, I love the whole vibe of the shop.

Knowledgeable and engaging staff, incredible selection of products, and the most delicious shopping environment. I cannot recommend them enough. If you haven't tried them yet, stop hesitating and go, you will not be disappointed.

I had a tremendous experience here. The staff was amazingly helpful and just cool as Can be. The aesthetics of the entire place from top to bottom is apothecary 100% and deserving of a visit. There's something for everyone here. And the prices are amazing. I'm not always in this neck of the woods, but when I am, I know where I'll be hitting up.

Normally the customer service is fantastic. However there is a girl with bright pink hair named Alicia C(name on the receipt) she will be a reason I will go somewhere else. She talks to you like you’re dumb and she dismisses everything you say I have never had a rude encounter at the bad company like I just had 8/13/2024.
