The Flower on the Upper West Side is straight fire! As soon as you step in, you feel the warmth and care this team puts into the experience. The shop is beautifully kept, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the product selection is top-tier. I have to give a special shoutout to the whole team (Ari, Lorelei, and John were holding it down my last visit) Each one of them brings their own energy and expertise, and together they make every visit feel personal. The Flowery is by far one of my favorite dispos I’ve ever been to! Not only was Lorelei and Ari the kindest people I’ve ever met, very helpful in assisting me in my purchase of flower and some disposables!

We went back and the change was immediately evident. Staff were welcoming and efficient, communication was pleasant and professional, and our orders were correct. Although tax is no longer included in the listed price, prices are affordable, the selection is wide and quality is consistently outstanding. We cannot recommend this place enough. When this location first opened, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and we shopped often and looked forward to going there. Unfortunately, staff has since been replaced with scowling, unfriendly associates who always get our orders wrong, and are so unpleasant, we shop there a lot less than we would otherwise.

The Flowery is a really great dispensary in the city, they have a great selection of high quality brands and incredibly friendly. The staff was quite helpful, Ari and Lorelei were amazing and very helpful. This is becoming a regular place!
