Been using this shop for the past few months but I'm officially done. Just handed my pod and device to someone that's obviously a newer employee so they could match up a new pod. Sold me the wrong pod and refuse to return it even though I realized 2 feet out the door. Terrible customer service

Went on a trip to Colorado and had to refill my vape. Cannot tell you how I wish there was a shop like this in every city. Not only was the staff super knowledgeable and helpful but I got info about products I never knew. I researched afterwards and was blown away at the details. You should def check this spot out.

I came to post a review because they're the easiest nicotine delivery service around. They pull up, slide open the door and the whole storefront is right there. When I googled them, I realized their brick and mortar shop is the one I frequented in rockrimmon. I only have positive things to say about this business: Good deals, great selection, and top notch service!
