Went in a few minutes before closing time and the clerk was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Big selection of paraphernalia at great prices. I indulged myself in a new glass bong which I haven't had in ages and it's amazing - and girly, which is what I love about it!

Was sold a Smok Helmet thinking it had a replaceable battery only to return here where I bought it and find out that I had to buy another Smok kit .... guess it was all about the sale. After informing them about it and the situation I bought another from them just to run into juice leakage issues .... Never did they offer a discount nor did they want to help find the solution... the solution was buy another tank or send it to Smok... are you kidding? I just bought this one ... I just said the heck with it and went a few doors down where they properly informed me of the solution(s) that didn't require any of the 2 other options presented. Was a loyal customer here ... not no more ... now I go a few doors down if I remember correctly it's PB Smoke Shop

Do NOT buy anything from this smoke shop. Everyone I know at my work place who purchased either a device, refills, pods and e liquids have been fooled and overcharged. Absurd price difference compared to online prices. I called them and spoke with a guy named Bashar to discuss with them about the situation and they called my friend a liar for clearly something he did not lie about. I asked him to listen to me but he wouldn't shut up at all and instead he raised his voice and I had to hangup. Do NOT trust any of their prices as they intentionally triple the prices at their shop. Bashar, I did not call you to get a refund for overcharging me, I called you to ask you to pay attention to us when we come to your place to buy our refills and juices and your did not let me talk! Now you lost 10 loyal clients in one unprofessional episode of poor customer service. Update: the manager connected partially to address my concerns but did not follow up to my answer. They evidently take customer service lightly. I will never but anything from any smoke shop.. they are all money hungry and they don't hesitate to take all hard earned your money. $27 plus tax for 4 Juul pods! Outrageous. Go online and buy your Juul pods. I was able to get them at great deal from eBay and other vape sites.

I had a product that didn’t work and Randy exchanged no problem. There are a million smoke shops in PB, this one has been around the longest and take care of their people. Check em out
