I was initially pleased with this store due to the positive atmosphere, diverse product range, and great music, despite their higher prices. However, my experience turned sour when a hookah I purchased proved faulty due to a manufacturer's defect. When I sought assistance for a replacement, the best they offered was a 50% discount on a new purchase, not the replacement I expected. Further disappointment arose when their staff, who previously communicated with me about promotions, ceased all contact after I reported the issue. Sadly, these negative experiences have overshadowed the good ones, and I will not be returning. I wish them well, regardless.

The Hook Up is the spot! Benn coming here for a long time but I feel their selection just grows and grows. And when you visit I hope you get Egor as your employee great dude, chill, and knowledgeable.
