The store is so well stocked and offers a wide variety of brands. Ty was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find exact what I needed, and knew how to cater to my preferences. Run, don’t walk here!

I recently visited The Lit Smoke Shop and purchased two devices for a total of $54, along with a device that was a gift. Unfortunately, 2 devices out of 3 did not work properly. After 5 days when I tried to return them, I was informed that once I left the shop, I couldn't return the items. Then bought another device for 13 $, and it also had issues. Overall, I had a disappointing experience with the products and return policy at this shop.
