I’ve attempted to go to this location twice and they have been closed.
The first time was an hour before closing. The person behind the counter let me in to buy something and said she had shut off the lights so people wouldn’t come in and she could leave early to attend a family event.
When I attempted to come last night (August 7), it was about 30-40 minutes before closing time and the lights were off and the person behind the counter was counting their til. When I signaled to ask if they were open, she shook her head and continued counting.
If you’re open certain hours, please honor those hours. Some people aren’t available until later in the day.

Came in the store with no information on which items I needed, and Melanie was a great help. She was very informative and provided suggestions, took her time, and had excellent customer service. Much appreciated her.

I came in to get a simple bottle of medicine. I mentioned to the lady at the counter the medicine I was looking for which was a $20 bottle. She wouldn't even hand me the medicine so I could look at it. I can read body language and she had already stereotyped me the moment I stepped in. She acted like I was going to run out with the bottle. I am a middle aged decent looking well dressed person. I felt all those racist undertones she had going on. Dont worry I won't be back. Do better vitamin shoppe.

Clearly the posted hours of operation mean nothing. I’ve sat outside this store since 10:00, the posted opening time and watched people come and check the door for more than 30 minutes and leave. Is the over sight of this store so pour no one knows they don’t open when they say they do?

I wish I remembered her name but the young lady there was so helpful with my selection. She also remembered me from last visit. This store has great employees!!!!
