Purchased an online order as they had a good sale. Went in midafternoon to pickup my order and it took awhile for them to get to me even though there were only two people in line. When they did hand me my online order they said I would have to carry my purchases out as they no longer use bags. Due to the size there was no way I could carry 5 items out so the only other option was to purchase a bag. Well their bag is intentionally small so I had to buy multiple so that I could carry my purchase to my car. You would think when you spend $100 plus dollars their service would be better and they would give you a complimentary bag. I’ve included a photo of just two of the items I purchased as I would not purchase anymore (I awkwardly carried out the other items by hand). Giving two stars because of the sale price for my purchase (it was an online purchase). Going forward I will be shipping directly to home if I do ever make another purchase with this company.

I paid online for a $147.93 pickup in store order. I received an email saying my order was ready. when I arrived I was told their system was down and they could not give me my order and that i would have to pay for it twice and they would refund me later. i asked for proof via email or handwritten that they would refund the money and they said no because system is down. so they expected me to pay twice and take their word verbally they would refund my online order that was already paid for. this location is not recommended if you want a smooth transaction. they do not know how to provide good customer service. i’ve been shopping with vitamin shoppe since 2012 and this is the worst experience by far. I will be buying elsewhere from now on.

I have been to this location SEVERAL times, and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I’ve only had to return an item once, and it was super easy-no attitude, no problem. Thank you to the whole staff at this location. I will keep coming back.

My husband and I recently went in with a list of vitamins and supplements that we were interested in purchasing. We were warmly greeted by a couple of associates at the front counter, one young lady asked if we needed help finding items. We declined & decided to take a look without assistance. Jesus came over to check on us as we were browsing and ended up assisting us with locating what we were after and provided additional helpful knowledge about several products. Great Experience!
