Amazing customer service, today was the best service I have ever received at a supplement store

Staff did not greet me at all. I was in store looking for supplement. Employee walked right past me and still did not acknowledge me. It wasn't until I asked him if he carried something specific I saw on their website did he somewhat help me. They didn't have what I was looking for and he didn't make any suggestions or ask me any questions. Definitely felt like I was a bother. Once I got to the register, I stood there for 5 minutes before the women (at the counter looking down) took notice I had been standing there. She was apologetic and polite about it. Finished purchasing items and asked if I could have a bag (as she placed my items on the counter) and she said it would be 50 cents for a bag. That really irritated me because I paid with my card and had no cash on me. I was not about to charge 50 cents to my card after the fact. So, my final thoughts are as follows: do your own research, know what u are looking for, have a backup plan just incase they don't have product, don't expect too much help, and bring your own bag or at least have change with u to purchase a bag.

Quality products at reasonable prices along with great customer service make this shop a great alternative to shopping online.

They have a good variety that will meet all of your needs. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable.
