Since turning over 70 yrs. I've been feeling low mood with neck and lower back pain. In spite of lifting weighs, yoga, walking, still pain. I've been chewing on 1/2 a Theory fast acting chew once a day. Less pain and difficulty a lift to feeling less down and more up. Even my BP numbers have improved. Thank you Theory.

Very pleasant staff. They have the best drinks I’ve ever tasted!! Shout out to the grape soda!! And thank you to Tim, who is great at making you feel welcomed and important. I’ll certainly be back :)

Until today I had nothing but good things to say about this place. Unfortunately my friend left his wallet inside the building on the counter the other night. The customer behind him grabbed it stole the $80 dollars out of it tossed it on the ground outside. All of this was verified by their management on camera and they were extremely apologetic and said they would talk to their higher ups on what they could do to rectify the situation. The higher ups contacted my friend today and relayed they felt nothing was appropriate to rectify the situation and essentially said sorry bout your luck if you want your money call the cops. And when he asked about what is being done in regard to the other customer that stole the money? Sorry we won't discuss that with you. That being said not only did you lose two customers but I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of what happened. And no you didn't have to replace his money but a discount at least would have been sufficient that you would have gotten our business again, considering we both spend (*spent) a pretty penny in your establishment weekly. Not to mention AGAIN the theft occured blatantly on camera inside the building on the damn counter. It's one thing if he actually dropped his wallet outside then that's on him. But when the employees hand him a tray of drinks as he's completing the transaction I can easily see how that happened. At the end of it all we know you guys don't really give a crap and you'll get that $80 bucks in sales when the customer that stole it returns. Being nice while providing subpar customer service doesn't make it good customer service. You want to retain customers? Do better!

This is difficult for me to write because I genuinely like Theory Wellness. The issue I have been having with this company is a certain staff member is just so miserable. I tend to go on the weekends, and I am almost always the first person to enter in the morning. I seem (unluckily) to get the same staff member and she is just, not rude, but miserable. She never says good morning, never says thank you and she can't even look at your face when she speaks to you, like I am intruding. I have tried to be as nice as I can be with her reactions and actions, but today I had enough. Although she acts as if I am bothering her, I have always left a tip for her (don't get me started on handing out tips for ringing a person in), today I had it with her miserable attitude and walked out and left no tip. If she hates her job this much, find a new one. I have never considered going elsewhere, I am starting my search today. I'm sure they will do just fine without a faithful customer. I'm sure she will still me miserable.

I will never, ever step foot in this place again. You could offer me a $100 gift card and still wouldn't go back. The looks and stares and judgement I received because of my medical/physical self was outrageous. Medical patients need marijuana, too. Also, when my partner asked about their product details, the staff was virtually unaware of what they have on hand. Shopping just on feel and vibes is not okay. Speaking of vibes, I hope you like Apple Stores. Seems this place spent all their profit on appearances instead of training and hiring empathetic staff. Unfortunately, this dispensary seems to only serve people immediately crossing into ME from the southern border and not much else. Prices aren't any better than anywhere else. Just keep driving. In fact, just take a left and go to Green Truck or Jar Co. Idc.
