Management left a message on the door that’s said will return at 8:48pm it is currently 9:00pm. I have tried calling it one picked up and I have been waiting for 15 mins outside. This is not the first time!!

Miss the old management as I knew that lady from coming in to the store for years. She would always ask me about my family and make small talk. Let me shop and look at things. (There is a lot of stuff there.) The new people seem friendly enough and helpful just seems to be missing that personal touch. I like to browse. Sometimes lately I feel like they are waiting for me to hurry up and buy and get out the door.

I am giving them a low rating for the simple fact that they have bad Customer Services. I have returned to this store on 2(TWO) separate occasions, because of the product I purchased from them. I bought a Torch Lighter and returned to the store within days of the date of purchase. I took the lighter back to them so they could see what the problem that I am having is. Well that was a waste of time for me. Both times I was told there is nothing they can.or will do to make it right. So basically I wasted my money on something that I do not even get to use. Please people anything u buy from them "CHECK WHAT U BOUGHT BEFORE U WALK AWAY." I for one will not throw my money away on anything they have in the store.
