Sell me broken disposable pen 1 after the other and always make it hard for me to just buy what I want. Customer service doesnt mean “oh I think you should buy this one because it’s 30 bucks more” like no I tell you what I want and you get it for me. You don’t tell me what to get. Also quit selling it underage kids. How many high schoolers do I have to see in their
