my favorite shop. has the best prices for the most part. laidback staff, very helpful and answers all my questions. last time i came i wanted to do an exchange, and the woman was kind of condescending. i used the product, brought it back because i didn’t like it. i cleaned it before. she said used products couldn’t be exchanged, i totally understand but she just kept going. saying other people try to scam the shop and nobody would buy the product now and i should’ve never thought i can return it like this. then tried to convince me it was good..it wasn’t clear that it couldn’t be returned used when i bought it; i was told only that it has to have all the packaging it came with and my original receipt. i’ve seen other customers be rude to her before so i can understand her being defensive. but it was very off-putting.

Cane here 2wice one through drive through and once walk in good customer service huge selection of vapes etc and cigarettes clean store inside aswell.

bought a vape 24 hours ago and juice at 00. response was " oh you got a defective one" People go somewhere else!!
