The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. The vape selection was pretty decent but could be better. Lots of cool glass and hooka pieces.

I went there to buy vape oil and they let some homeless tweaker stay in the store that attacked me while I was checking out. It's very unsafe there. I've shopped there weekly for 5 years and they let these homeless people in the store. There Oil pricing is twice as high as everyone else. Staff there did nothing when I was attacked. Just let them stay in the store.

This young staff young man who was working the day that I visited this business. Apparently new absolutely nothing. Every question that I asked him. He said he didn't know they were simple questions as well. He just really didn't want to be bothered with a customer. It's unfortunate. Because this business had a lot of nice items. A good variety of items, but because of his lack of. Of. Willingness to want to help a customer or perhaps it was his inability to help a customer. I will not go back to this business. He had an ego. He felt he was far more superior than anybody. Which in my opinion, is the wrong attitude to have. As we are all equal. When I first got there, he didn't even greet me. He didn't Want to be bothered, he?. Let me wander around in the store back-and-forth. until. I wandered up closer to where he was and I had to ask him rather than him asking me the customer. After about his fifth response of I don't know. I said to him. Look, I'm not as knowledgeable about this. As you are, or you should be. That's why you're behind the counter and I'm over here. I'm just asking you these questions because I don't know and he kind of irritated me and that's just not right. So at that point. When he answered the question, he rattled it off. So fast with an attitude. It was just absurd that he would have such an attitude. I think when Owners or managers are looking at their business and if an employee's an asset to them or not. In my opinion, this employee is not an asset. You know, good news travels very slow.. And bad news travels very fast. I guess what? I would say to the owner or the manager of this company. As a business. Owner myself. The last person. That I would want behind my counter greeting My customers would be somebody with an attitude such as this young man. At tobacco Vape. And as I left the store i'm the one thinking him he's not the one who thanked me His attitude was filled with a sense of entitlement. Like he doesn't have to greet me or he doesn't have to helpoverall Overall, it was just a terrible experience to be treated like that.

A bit spendy compared to the gas station I go to for disposable vapes. Rather spend 22 than 35 on the same vape. Employees seem to be nice however.

Person on staff completely ignored me. Didn't answer any questions- literally did not speak to me until check out. He also did not wrap my glass bowl - simply handed it to me. No questions answered, no helpful service, and left me with a glass bowl to take home with no protection. Also, no return policy.
