Noah is a gem. Completely made my night with his personality and equal professionalism. Great customer service and an asset to triple m in my opinion!

Triple M Plymouth is a great spot on the South Shore. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a professional feel without being intimidating. Parking is easy, which makes visits super convenient. The selection is incredible — they consistently have a wide range of products, and the staff takes the time to walk you through the options without ever making you feel rushed. I especially want to give a shoutout to Dave, Alyssa, and Isabel — Dave always has great recommendations and knows the products inside and out. Alyssa is warm, patient, and makes sure every question gets answered. Isabel goes above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth and pleasant. You can tell they all really enjoy what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their customers! All around, Triple M is professional, reliable, and customer-focused. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Plymouth!

Bought a pen, the glass shattered when I tried to put it in the battery and they wouldn’t let me return it. That male manager is nasty and rude. One of the nice ladies was going to return it and brought it out but then he stopped her and sent me out with nothing. The bank is already doing a chargeback on my card. You shouldn’t have my money if I don’t have a working product. Not letting that creep keep my money. Edit: I have called you guys twice and I have sent multiple emails before but you guys ignore them. When I call the store you guys send the call to people who don’t reply. I want my money back now.

I've had my med card since it was available, so i've been too tons of dispensaries and saw they all had struggles at the beginning. Now Triple M has been open for a long time and I just somehow never went there. So I finally thought the menu looked good and after being open this long, how good I go wrong. Now, from the outside it was a nice place, I had a great experience being there as the bedtender was great. BUT, the flower was quite honestly a joke. It looked good, smelled good and I was ready for some new strains. To start, every bag I opened ( I got 4 individual eights) was VERY dry with dust on the bottom. Three of the four strains had seeds...YUP seeds. Do you know how a seed just ruins a bowl or joint? That's what I dealt with. That's the kind of stuff I regret buying. After this long and you are still stressing your plants? C'mon, get it together.

A wonderful dispensary with great people working for them! I’ve been going here since it was just for medical patients. Needless to say I highly recommend it at both locations. Best rewards program on the Cape.

We are here visiting family from out of state. Great dispensary! Staff is super helpful and friendly. Isabelle helped us on both of our visits, and she is awesome! Since it is Memorial Day Weekend, they have a different special every day and we plan on going every day this weekend to take advantage of the different specials. The infused prerolls and tincture are our faves right now. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!
