Been using this Trulieve for a couple years now mostly due to the convenience of the drive thru. Not sure why the drive thru seems to mean the bud tenders do not have to speak to you. Just picked up and the only words spoken to me at all was my total. It also took longer than expected considering there were no cars in the parking lot.

Today I went to the Tamarac Location....And I was greeted by the manager.... And I told her even though she upsetting the other day I didn't say anything to corporate.... Her response was, "you have had several problems with several different employees including myself therefore we will no longer Tolerate any more of your actions" I then CALMLY responded to her that I thought she didn't treat me PROPERLY the other day at all... She responded by calling me 911 but I didn't even raise my voice or do anything. Their employee Jessica (Shift Manager) came out and exclaimed to the Manager (Female) " The Customer was calm and did nothing why are you calling 911". The manager did not care...She decided she was going to lie and tell the police I was being irate....She literally lied...Ask Jessica if I was calm...I was... Now this all stems from an earlier visit from Monday, 12/22 When I went to Pick up my order and this manager was the one helping with my transaction, When she went to check out my order from the back room She came out and was flustered and explained to me that I had two orders, not one and that I was over my limit... I replied I only have one order your system must be broken.... Because she was very SURE that I definitely had TWO ORDERS She replied rather rudely our system isn't broken you have TWO ORDERS HERE I asked her to cancel the order, that I knew nothing about... And she's getting more worked up… Because she feels I'm being difficult when really I didn't make the order to begin with...Not that day!! Come to find out that one of your Employees as a favor to me SAVED THE ORDER FOR THREE DAYS I want to be clear here. Your manager was being mean because she made it seem like i was mean to her because I told her I thought THIER transaction system was broken. And then when she found out that it it was THEIR MISTAKE Because you are not supposed To save orders for three days... She was just dismissive And did not take any responsibility for the mistake She was nice enough to give me The sale price from that Saturday prior… But when she placed my order manually she made another Mistake and overcharged me $30… Because three of the items were three for 90 not $40 each When I brought this up to her I was a little annoyed because she was flustered and upset, but I wasn't ridiculous but I was annoyed... And then she proceeded to Raise her voice and told me to shut up I'm trying to do this. I can't do this. I keep making mistakes. She then freaked out and said now I made another mistake NOW I have to delete the transaction... and things escalated...she NEVER tried to deescalate Then when I was going to leave I told her I was going to complain about her to corporate because I think she took no responsibility When it was THIER company that made the mistakes and the other order was not supposed to be kept because it was three days old...I was BLAMED for all of this.. Their manager was asked by an employee not to call 911 because I was calm THIER manager was Vindictive.... This is a terrible terrible incident that the police were called. I Literally did nothing at all to provoke her call other than calmly trying to explain myself. Now I talk I can't talk about it about the incident because their Security team will call me I have gone there, and I'm not always the best customer, but I don't think my actions have ever been to the point where I needed to be warned to stop because I have never been warned until that moment... And it was not a warning at all from the manager… It was immediate banishment...and their manager lied to authorities telling them that she called because I was being irate...ask Jessica K. (Shift Manager)... I did not do anything other than trying to talk to her about the other day...This manager is very anxious and seems to overreact when things happen. This event was COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE

I came during the daytime today and one worker was by himself doing all orders and checking in. A customer asked why he is alone and the employee stated they are on break or in the back. The customer demanded he got someone out from the back since he had somewhere to go and out came THE MANAGER, jess. Shouldn't the managers be on the floor to help support the clearly understaffed store? I come here all the time in the evening and they usually have 3-4 people making sure everything runs smoothly. It is a bad look to expect people to wait 10+ mins for an order (especially being an online pick up order) if there's only 4 customers in the store. This is disappointing to see.

Fantastic Budtender “Alyssa” took her time to help me decide the products that would benefit me. Going above and beyond to help me make the optimal decision when I couldn’t decide for myself. Fantastic knowledge and all around customer service. I’m definitely a returning customer.
