I had the most relaxing and pleasurable experience at this location! Kai was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional today. She answered any of my questions whether they were silly or not, and still handled them with respect and care :) It didn’t even feel like a transactional experience she truly wanted to fulfill my needs, and helped me out TREMENDOUSLY. Thank you so much Kai :) I will definitely be coming back.

So previously I have been to this specific location prior with my sister and I absolutely loved my experience, everyone there was super nice. I also have been to a few different locations before and have never had issue. I recently was there and didn’t care for the manner is which a question was answered. I know that when bringing a guess not all things can be communicated with them (which is not a problem) my issue is that when I had been to this location about a month ago, the person that helped me was a young women with colorful hair, she was really nice, super helpful and really personable. Mind you my sister came along with me as well on this trip and her and my sister mostly talked ( about everything) they discussed products, pricing, where they had both worked previously, etc. Now leaving that day I absolutely loved my experience and hence came back again. But this time upon being at the store the same girl with the colorful hair was there, no issue initially. But then the person who was taking care of us goes to the back and my sister had a question, so she then asked the girl with the colorful hair “Hey do you know that with this promotion if she could include it with her discount?” The girl then says “Unfortunately I can’t answer any questions to you because you have a visitors pass on.” And supposedly as she says its a rule and its at all the locations (which yes it might be a rule that clearly not everyone follows, hence not even herself) because we were there a month prior and none of that was said. And I have been to other locations where this has not been an issue whether its being a paying customer or a visitor. Mind you she could have simply said “Unfortunately I can’t answer that question, you would have to ask the person that was helping you. So I’m confused as to why she couldn’t answer a simple yes or no question…… Moving forward I don’t mind that this is a rule, but I feel like it needs to be a consistent rule implied, not just when people feel like implementing it.

Place has gone down as a marketing strategy. Advertises affordable products but deliberately makes them totally unavailable while pushing more expensive products with plenty of availability. Has effectively raised prices about 20%. Ripoff artists. Limits discounts to where they are of little affect and range.

They have drastically improved, this location has made into my Top 3 favorite dispensaries. Dom, Brian, Noah, Ashley , and CJ are all amazing employees and excellent individuals. I pass other location just to come here and shop !
