Spent $80 on product, they charged me, then noticed I didn't have enough in my recommendation for the purchase. Then I was told no refunds, all they can do is store credit. What is this? They just screwed up and basically took my money. Now I have no product, am out $80, and have to go back there at some point to hopefully use it
Worste retail experience of my life. DO NOT GO HERE

What good is it if I order 2 hours in advance, do my check in ahead of time if you are going to take walk-ins first in front of my face? I did it because I have a short break. A holes

Sometimes a good experience and sometimes not so much. A bit unorganized, but clean. The staff is often unfriendly, and sometimes the wait seems unnecessary- especially when no one is in the place- and not one person comes out to greet you or help you.
