not the place to go if you’re looking for the right thing for the right price. i asked for a specific coil and was sold the wrong thing. i understand that they can’t take back something that was opened. we opened it in the parking lot and went back in. the issue is that it was her fault and she still made us pay for a new one. really good businesses, the ones i always go back to, will acknowledge they messed up and figure something out or even give us a discount. not trying to sound like a snob it’s just the fact that i spent $50 for 2 disposables which were supposed to be discounted and a coil!!

MR. NORM IS THE MAN!!! He really is the very best. TX Smoke and Vape is our vape shop until the end of time. Mr. Norm always greets us with a smile, and even has a little shelf with the vape juices he knows Kevin and I love. My absolute favorite vape juice is Farley's Gnarly Sauce by Bad Drips, and it is so hard to find these days. But Mr. Norm always puts in the extra time to hunt it down for us, and buys as many bottles as he can for us. Seriously, he's so great. In this day and age where big box stores are taking over, it's always important to give back to our community and to raise up our mom and pop stores. So, please, give Mr. Norm and TX Smoke N Vape a try if you're in the area. Mr. Norm is truly one of kind, and offers the best customer service!!!

I had the best experience. I felt like I was a queen. There were other people there but he said hi and only took care of me and gave me his full attention. He didn't have a juice i wanted so he is going to order it. I'll never go anywhere again. Love this place. I also both two new batteries and this pretty new set up. He even gave my a free juice. He is just an amazing people person.
