Awful pot shop. Way better ones down the road with better prices that match their online menu pricing as well as friendlier staff. Ike employees seems like they hate it there and hate anyone coming in to shop.

Coming from another state- they didn’t/don’t have any baked goods? Update! Wow. So glad I live in a state where cannabis patients have better options. Cookies and brownies are much better for hot climates over gummies and chocolate. For any decision makers who need to know: baked goods are the solution to edibles in climate change. Catch up, or go back to the original edible- baked brownies or cookies!

Nothing but outstanding staff and selection. Prices could be better, but online pre-order has good sales, plus a loyalty bonus every ten orders. Location is nice and roomy with glass art and free to play stand up arcades in the back. Loving the vibe.

Rude people who do not know how to service customers. Will never be shopping here again. I fumed out of the shop and went to lux pot shop just down the road and they were the difference between night and day. Avoid this particular Branch like the plague. Someone below has mentioned her rude experience when attempting to return a product at a different location. She says the staff were rude, got defensive and were gaslighting her. This is exactly what 2 employees at the lake City location did to me as well. One of them was clearly high and he was yelling at me. Here's what happened: I'm a very occasional customer who came to the store to buy a pre roll for my friends who were visiting. I do not know about the regulations about dispensaries, so I walk in, with an empty casing of an old pre roll that I had bought from them earlier to ask them for something like this. I take it out, show it to the employee and she freaks out and yells at me to put that back in my pocket as if I whipped a gun out, saying it was store policy. I say that I don't understand this policy. She says "xcuusee me??" I say, I do not understand it because it is EMPTY and I show it to her to be as such, and that I saw no signs coming in and so I didn't know, and that she didn't have to freak out like this. She stops what she's doing, asks another employee *can you handle this customer? I can't. " And I get handed off to her and I'm just trying to get a damn pre roll. Im asking the other employee the details of this policy because I genuinely would like to understand, and asking her to explain why this is something to freak out about like the precious employee did. At this point, the previous woman comes, and starts talking to me with her friend employee. This guy starts yelling at me and I start shouting back. He makes no sense about anything, saying I need to oblige when asked to do something. He refused to answer my question about why there were no signs about this, and why it's still a problem if it's an empty casing with no marijuana in it. Quite a look, being treated like I'm in prison. I stormed out, they had ruined my day. I went to another pot store (NOT Ike's) opposite the street and asked them the exact same thing, that I have an empty casing and if I can bring it in. They said I can, but I'll have to dispose of it right after. I did that, I bought the pre rolls I wanted, and went home. The difference is not what I'm supposed to do or not supposed to do, it's the professionalism and the mentality / training lacking for basic customer service I live very close by Uncle Ike's, but I will never ever forget how I was made to feel and was treated by the people here. Utter unprofessionals, and one of the WORST experiences I've ever had as an immigrant in this country. Hands down.

Stopped in yesterday and had an amazing connection with one of your employees, Athena. She was incredible and you guys really lucked out having her work for you. She was extremely friendly, bubbly, and empathetic. We connected through loss and grief, but it turned out to be a beautiful conversation that I needed that day. I love those little moments in life and I just wanted to brag on my girl! She's the best and so is uncle ikes!
