Was told vape juice was the flavor in which I asked for and to find out it wasn’t I called and was told there’s nothing they could do I would have to buy another discounted when asked for a supervisor I was told there are none terrible customer service This was not a discounted nor a clearance item this was a regular item you guys carry in stock please make this right as it is an horrible example of customer service

My one star review is not about the staff whom are amazing, or about the vapes which I have always loved. This review is about the management. Today when I came in I was looking for something new to try and the girl working was absolutely wonderful. Helping me choose a flavor that was good and showing me how to use the device so I could get everything out of it. She truly went above and beyond! And of course I wanted to tip as she did so amazing. I didn’t see a tip jar so I handed her some extra cash but I was a little unnerved to find out that TIPS DO NOT GO TO THE WORKERS BUT INSTEAD TO MANAGEMENT!!! Which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The workers should be compensated for the work they do instead of having it taken and gone strait to the pockets of the greedy managers who probably get paid 2x as much!!!!!!! Most vape stores have tip jars so I don’t understand why Vape Ave does not.

Favorite vape place in Huntington! The young girl Emma is often there when I’ll visit making my experience lovely. She has always gone above and beyond for me. Love this place! ( wide variety of juices )
