Cedric and Santana were both very helpful with the products I was interested in. I had an issue with a device and they were quick to fix the issue and have me on my way. The store stands behind their products and I could not be happier with the service. Prices are fair and the selection process s great. I will tell my friends, and return many times.
Wanted to add an update. I have been there a couple times since then, and Ashley and Tatiana have upheld the excellent reputation of this store. Thank you for the suggestions!

I walked in tonight looking for some new disposable vapes, and Santana and Tatianna hooked me up! They both mentioned the buy three get one free deal and were both so fun and helpful. They’re a great pair, so keep scheduling them together!

I know its not yelp but google reviews are better anyway , NUMBER 1 STOP SHOP IN ALL OF ARLINGTON love that its open 24/7 this cool chick with dreadlocks served me SHE WAS AWESOME good energy good vibes!!

Best place in arlington to get your smoke products which is comparatively cheaper than any other store. Plus its open 24/7, which makes it more awesome. Also, they got some good people working there who provides the best customer service. Overall, great place, everything was so organized and clean & tidy. Would love to shop again in the future.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
Where has customer service gone ? Not that I actually expect good customer service from a place run by teenagers. But I was told I had 30 days to return the product I purchased if I had any issues with the product. So, I am here 25 days later to return this device because I am not happy with the way it worked. Courtney was the one I made contact with when I actually purchased the device and she happen to be their when I came to return it. She was great! It was another individual whom I could not see, only hear, that threw his/her defensive and non-knowledgeable opinion out to quickly deny my return. He/she asked if it worked. Puzzled, I looked at Courtney who was helping me and I answered back to the unknown voice, that it still powered on, but it just did not work correctly, and I was unhappy with the product. He/she was quick to reply back that the product has to be defective and not power-on for the store to take it back.
Confused and irritated I explained that that’s is not what I was told when I purchased the product. Otherwise, I would’ve not even wasted my time coming up there to exchange it. Both employees looked at each other, as if trying to read each other‘s thoughts on the matter and how to proceed.
He/she had the brilliant idea to ask their boss. Which was going to be my next idea as well except that when.he/she made the call, he/she walked out of earshot through the back of the store and appeared back outside the front door. Making sure I heard nothing of their conversation. I can’t even be sure a Manager or boss was even called. He/she walked through the front door with the answer of NO. That the store could not help me. I already knew the answer the second he/she walked through the back on the phone, clearly making sure that only its version of the story was told.
Ultimately, in the end, the store lost me as a customer and the potential sale of another device. Because, even though I was being denied the exchange, I was still considering purchasing something else.
If I was treated better and was sincerely listened to by an actual person with decision making power, Vape City could have kept a customer and avoided this NEGATIVE REVIEW.
