They never add points to the system which has been down for almost more that 13 months now. Once I tried asking about the status on the points they played it off saying it's still down. After I tried leaving the store they insisted on me still buying from them even though there's another VC down the road that has a working point system. So like a fool I buy products and they take my number on a sticky note. This happened on 4 occasions over the past 6 months. My personal count, I own +127 points that's yet to be delivered to my profile. It may not seem like a lot but those points add up fast for every dollar spent on non tobacco or ∆ products you got a point. Vape City as a chain is very chill it's just this location in particular that just can't seem to get their system right.

Highly recommended and the service by Nina was outstanding so informative and Customer service was outstanding!! Also helped me solve my solution with the heavy hits with the airo bar and it’s adjustability!! I will be back highly recommend!!!

I've been here 4 times and each time was a good experience. Taylor is amazing everytime and after meeting the owner today I knew I should leave a review. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are better than the usual shop I go to and even if the prices were the same I'd definitely recommend this vapealicious location. Worth the visit!
