Rating: 3/5 Decor and atmosphere is great! I've visited Vape Gallery in Hutto, Texas, on four separate occasions and had interactions with different workers each time. Madison is always great and in a happy mood, making the experience pleasant. Jaylen, however, was a bit on edge and didn’t seem too friendly, although I did apologize to him when I mistakenly called Madison "Chubby," which was unprofessional of me. My wife is “chubby” so it kinda slipped out. There's also a young girl named Carmen who isn't the friendliest person. On the bright side, there is another guy who is pretty friendly and helpful. While the experiences have been mixed, I might give Vape Gallery one more try. However, I generally prefer other local vape shops like KTM, Cozy Cannabis, or Highland Vape. Prices are on the Higher End. Products are Average. ---

Don't tip. There is not really any service. When you do tip, the % is crazy. If you get a bad product they won't exchange it and won't refund. Terrible experience with this place. I didn't even leave the counter area, and they wouldn't refund me. I couldn't believe what happened. I haven't been to a business that had done that before. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Find another place down the street a little bit. The stress of all this wasn't worth it. Trust me, they are over priced anyways. So when you do get a bunk product, it hits you that much harder. Save yourself the struggle and find a new place to shop.

Had a great visit moments ago. They didn't have the brand I was looking for, but J at the counter suggested another brand (actually 2). I bought both! Will be back for future needs.

Bought 4 vapes today (2 separate transactions). I did test them all in the store to make sure they worked. But, due to the volume of the music, did not hear one of them rapid firing. Went back up there and was told too bad. Even though I have the receipt and it has only been a couple of hours, Fatima said they will NOT exchange it. This is only my 2nd visit to this specific store. I have never had this happen at any other vape store. I do see on the receipt no exchanges or refunds. Every vape shop I have ever been to has this policy. BUT, I have never had one that will refuse an exchange on a clearly defective product. Especially when they suggested that one as being superior to what I normally get. I will not return; and suggest if you want a store to stand behind what they sell to not go here.

Spent hundreds of dollars worth of Kratom here. I always buy a green vain usually white. I’ve been drinking kratom for almost 8 years never bought a bad bag before. Boom is the brand name I always purchase at this location. Recently I acquired 303 grams never had a problem with the quality until that day. The color was so brown it was almost black when you mixed the powder with water it was not drinkable. I opened it at the house so I wasn’t surprised when the manager told me he couldn’t exchange it no problem. I waited some time to go back , when I did today before I purchased it again I told the same manger my struggle from the previous purchase, and asked if I could open it infront of him and if I get the same result could I exchange it for a different brand . After all I don’t want my money back I just don’t want 303 grams of burnt dirt water again. He told me “no sorry I don’t know much about kratom if it’s a bad bag again I can’t do anything about it". I’ve spent quite a bit of money here so he knows I’m not trying to scam him. Let me remind you it’s not a nicotine product I just wanted the kratom I paid for not the dirt water I got last time. Of course it was another black bag of kratom and he couldn’t care less that he lost a customer that comes every week like clock work, well I use to. I’m well aware what a green maeng Da looks like and I literally just threw away 303 grams for the second time in a row. I would of just bought a more expensive bag if he worked with me , but his attitude was on the defensive. Lost a loyal customer im very disappointed.
