The store sold me the wrong product. I brought back to exchange and they didn’t have what I needed. I asked them to either order it or get a refund and they refused. I think asked the manager to call me and she chose to not do that. I will now be filing a complaint online.

I always have a great experience when coming in, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly! Maddy helped me most recently and was extremely helpful. I will continue to come back because of her and your other staff members.

I purchased a vape battery 3/26 @ 4:50 pm.. Morgan who was very nice helped me look for a battery that would fit. Thought we had one. She told me if it didn’t bring it back and they would give a refund. @ 11:56 am on 3-27-23. I went in do do just that.. The LITTLE GIRL said she was the Manager, no name… said the EMPLOYEE didn’t know what she was talking about!!! I of coarse got pushed!! And said some things and she’s all in my face!!! People don’t shop here!! Thank you Morgan you should be the manager!!!
