Face value is great but they have some people inside working that are afraid to talk on the phone. Called 9 times for a question about a juice and everytime they answered and then hung up immediately before I can say anything. 12:00p.m.

I got a small vape as a gift for my friend and it stopped working as expected on day 2. The juice comes into the mouth along with vapour. I tried to explain the issue to the seller and I barely understood what he spoke. He thinks its a pod issue, on a brand new device. I do not trust, that is the reason. My $55 got wasted. I wish the owner can react to this.

Visited this place a couple times when I've been in the area (wish it was closer). My favorite vape store now. I don't know all that much about all the different devices and liquids, but they were extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. Definitely recommend. Thanks Gary!

This is my go-to spot for all of my Vape needs. The staff is very knowledgeable of all of their products and inventory and are not afraid to offer deals when they know what you need. They even have a nifty point system when you sign up. Every time I've come into the store I'm promptly greeted and feel welcomed. The employees are more than kind, they're friendly. No other place I've been to in the Cordova, Bartlett, or Germantown area has had everything I've needed in one stop. So in short- if you haven't been, you're going to want to make this place a priority.

By far the best vape shop I've been to in all of Memphis and I've been to a lot. They knew all they were talking about, had the best prices for vaporizers, and the liquid 3-6mg and 30-50mg were both under $13 each.
