Best smoke shop ever. As I worked for several smoke shops from California to New York, I don't work for this one. I got family prices and royalty treatment from the owner as well as Danny. They answered all my questions and DID NOT pressure me to buy anything. They have professional quality pieces and professional staff. I would highly highly recommend.

I came in to vape world on a tight budget and although I couldn’t get what I wanted, they were able to help me get something closest to it that also fit in my budget. I appreciate it genuinely. the cashier was extremely nice and allowed me to try out different ones to assure that I’d be getting what I wanted

I go to the store asking for a refund on an unopened item as I have no need for it. The store cashier immediately accuses me of opening it and calls the store owner who doesn’t help in the scene. But once I tell them that what they thought was an open seam is just the lip to open the item, they flip the discussion saying they don’t do refunds This establishment is terrible, with people who have poor understanding with their product and worse customer service Do not come here
