I’ve been coming to VIP practically since it opened and it never dawned on me to write a review, my bad. This is the only shop I’ll ever go to unless I’m out of town. They have no serious competition in our area. Selection is great, prices are great but it’s the staff that makes this place top-notch, every time I walk in. (Also the place always smells great.)

Great service, clean atmosphere very knowledgeable. Employees they welcome you with a warm smile and are very friendly and go above and beyond out of their way to help you with your purchase and any questions you may have about any products that you are purchasing or want to know more about, hands-down, the best vape shop I’ve been to

Been going there for over 2 years. Sold me a bad Smok unit a month ago and refused to exchange it for another make. I was willing to even pay more and the difference of it. Smok refuses to respond for the warranty. The owner of the shop only wanted to give me 20% off. I would not recommend this place because of you have a problem you're pulling your own.

I was just asked to leave the store because I started to open the case so I could buy something inside. Apparently there is a note on the case next to it saying to ask for assistance. I didn’t see it as I was looking at a case with no note. This is after I was not greeted or anything. A large, messy, dark haired, dirty looking, unshaven man hurried over and told me not to touch!! I quickly apologized and said I didn’t know-maybe have a note or keep it locked? He was already annoyed and with an eye roll told me to look at the sign on the case next to it-but said sarcastically they would make a special note for me. I asked if I should leave and he said “yes-he isn’t dealing with this today.” I asked his name and he refused to give it to me-after refusing service. Big surprise! No longer supporting this business, I expect respect at a human level. EDIT: Per owner "I am deeply sorry about the miscommunication on our bright orange, high visibility sign. Once again. We apologise for the inconvenience." You mean the tiny hand-written orange star sign at the top of the case NEXT to the case I was touching? Remember the reason I was upset was how I was being treated disrespectfully. Thank you for proving my point. You might want to start treating people respectfully - as a business owner, especially your customers (before you lose any more business due to simple customer service). Have a great day.
