Was sold a device that they do not carry coils for and I've been there multiple times. Just trying to replace coils and they can't seem to ever have them in stock. Tried to build a relationship with this company for my needs and I get the strong impression that the company likes products to put money in their pocket but screws their customers to force them to buy another one. They weren't willing to negotiate to fix the problem to keep me happy and they've lost a customer. The last two times I've been there both employees tried to sell me coils that don't fit just to make a sale.

I come here sometimes when other shops are out of my preferred vape flavor. The big bearded guy is so rude. It’s actually shocking how rude and inconvenienced he is. This is the THIRD time he’s just been nasty. I also own and run a small business in downtown Longview and I would NEVER treat my customers like he does nor would I ever EVER allow one of my employees to treat a customer that way. Matter of fact if one of my employees treated customers that way and I had multiple bad reviews about them specifically I would be firing them. The last encounter was beyond ridiculous. My business partner went in to grab a few vapes. He thought it was hilarious that Tyson now makes vapes so he snapped a photo to show me and our employees later and gave a great laugh. Big bearded man threw a fit and refused service citing it is illegal to take a picture of the vapes. It isn’t illegal. That is a lie. He apologized and deleted the photo. Bearded man still refused service and told him to get out and never ever come back. Per Google and multiple vape shops in town it is not a criminal offense to take photos. If that is the stores policy then that should be posted however no sinage was seen. I think bearded vape man is just cranky and honestly hates tattooed people. I would appreciate an owner reach out to me as I’d love to chat from one small local business owner to another. I highly recommend better training too. Per your reviews many have complained about this particular employee. Where we sit, I won’t recommend this place to anybody !!! I recommend Dotcom Vapor even though they’re more expensive. They at least have good customer service and aren’t rude !

Chris was extremely helpful and is the reason I pick this shop. I've had issues with other vape stores, and while they may have better selections.. the service I get is matched by none. Definitely worth a visit and ask for Chris. He knows all the good flavors

Okay. Okay. I admit it! I'm a right brained man, and I went left! Do not do that unless you want some THC GO RIGHT. Thats the door to the vape shop. Loads of flavours, coils, disposables. Great selection! Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are par for Kelso.
