Very clean secure location! I like how the owners have varieties of things inside the store! If it’s something that your looking for and they don’t have it she makes sure she has it for you the next time you come visit! This is my go to Smoke shop when visiting Chicago!

Double charged my card!! For one vape pin😩😩😩😩 told me the first time it didn’t go the Apple Pay. So I swiped my card!! Two days later both charges go through my account 🗣️🗣️🗣️

Wonderful staff and great customer service! They're very knowledgable and have a great selection and variety of products. They even have a reward points system which I love!! The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars, they DO NOT answer their phone. If you call, you'll never get an answer. Their hours are consistent, so if you have an inquiry, you'll have to physically go into the store (they'll be there with great and friendly service)but don't rely on getting an answer over the phone.

They sell defective items. Do not recommend and they aren’t accommodating for their cheap a** products that stain your hands or designs that peel off in 24hrs. Go literally anywhere else for your products.
