First off they do not honor their products that aren't functional. He gave me a load of crud about having to wait for the money back from the company and would have to wait. He sold me one more at cost. Well it was clogged. I pushed it through and this one worked. He also said you gotta suck hard. I've been building my own vape coils for 15 years. I think I know how an atomizer works. That's just how it ended. I was already upset. The young lady worling there tried to skip over me and go to the regular customer that was behind me. I stepped forward and didn't let her go in front of me. I told her the product was bad. Her attitude turned bad right away. She said the onwer has to take care of it. I tried making small talk as I waited for the owner to get back from the bank, but she didn't seem too interested in providing a little customer service. Talking to customers while they wait is an old trade trick she seems to have an issue with because the attitude changed to silence so I just walked to the other aide of the room feeling very disrespected. That was the last money I had for cannabis until my next pay check. Well sir you saved 10$ not refunding me for the cart, but you lost a potential long time customer. When I walk away I never come back, and I never come back when I feel neglected or disrespected where I spend my money. I worked on the restaurant business as a busser, then a server for many years. I have worked in this field from 1991 until until 2018. I know what customer service is. Unfortunately this shop failed

Paid over $100 with my medical card from the state, bought 2 Stiiizy pods, both were malfunctioning in both of my stiiizy batteries (original and stiiizy bar) after 10 days. Called Stiiizy direct, they tell me it’s super strange to have 2 malfunctioning pods. Wants to know if I bought them from Stiiizy, answer was no I bought them in Westwood. Person opinion from stiiizy, they are counterfeit!!!!! Called Westwood, extremely rude lady tells me I have to come in and speak with the manager and hangs up. I didn’t bother to waste my time driving back to Westwood to argue with that guy, to not even know if I’ll get my money back or an exchange. I just will keep going to Reno!
