Been here 3 or 4 times since they opened and every time has been disappointed. Never have product in stock, Copenhagen mint pouches and if I try to buy something else it's expired and dried out and unfortunately when you buy some tobacco products it's coded and not dated, so you don't look know what you are getting until you open it. Best suggestion is to keep on driving and find some other location to buy your tobacco products. Almost $7 for dried up can of Grizzly chewing tobacco 🤬

Super bummed about their policies and will not return. I showed up to grab a couple of cigars before heading out of town on the motorcycle with my daughter. As opposed to leaving my 15-year-old daughter outside in the parking lot i asked her to step inside while I go inside the humidor and grab a couple cigars. The young lady at the counter asked for my daughters ID, I told the lady that she was not of age and I was purchasing the cigars for myself but she would not sell me the cigars because I brought my daughter with me... Then told me it was policy. My daughter and I have been to several locations and have never encountered this as I am a regular, especially in that store where the manager knows my face and still wouldn't sell me cigars. I won't return as there are plenty of other hassle free places that understand I don't want to leave my child in a parking lot.

I don't believe they sell an empty nicotine can for the customer in the shop and it cost $4.23.

The guy behind the counter was rude to their coworker, and to my mom. She will not be returning. She went there for some vapes (mr.vapor flex) and the guy was so rude, to his coworker who was trying to ask him a question, rude to the customers ( my mom and who ever else was in there). She will not be returning to this location until he is gone. She had been a loyal customer to this location since they opened. She will be going to the location at 12 and harper (St. Clair Shores 2) where everyone is nicer and more clean. Side note: the guy behind the counter did not have a name tag on per corporate policy, he had unclean/ unkept hair, and looked very unclean, and Unprofessional. Another side note: All of the rudeness, and sly remarks, we're sent right back to him 10 times fold from my mom. Wild bills. I recommend you start lookin for his replacement. I used to be one of your managers would love my job back. But if I'm getting calls from my mom about experiences she's having at old stores. I used to work at tells me you guys are going downhill. No offense. I still like your guys' company.
