Recently I went to your 420 raffle with a whole bunch of tickets I had accumulated over the last year. In the past we all would right our names on the back of the tickets and raffle away. I came in with my tickets all ready to go when the new manager informs me that I need the other half of the ticket and that’s how it’s always been done. (She’s been there a month). My problem wasn’t so much that I didn’t get to be part of the raffle, but how do you put someone in charge that lacks common sense and is so short sighted. For someone to alienate a customer that comes In enough to have that many tickets is beyond me…. She couldn’t see that… It’s bad business

My Id wouldn’t scan and the rude lady up front accused them of being fake despite me using them in the store forever. She also threatened to call the cops.
