I recently visited the Windy City Cannabis location in Homewood, and while the inside experience was fine, I was honestly disappointed by the condition of the exterior. The outside area had cannabis packaging, blunt wrappers, and other trash scattered along the sidewalks and storefront. It created a very distasteful first impression and did not reflect well on the business. As a member of this community, I believe it is important for establishments to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Not only does it improve the customer experience, but it also helps represent cannabis patrons in a more positive and respectful way. I hope management takes steps to address this; the Homewood community deserves better care and presentation.

Its a great dispo for flower BUT BE CAREFUL buying any concentrates. The last 5 I have now bought all were stored upside down and about .3 or more always leaks out and is all over the container. If they knew how to store them I wouldn't be upset. Its just evey single time I purchase concentrate , every single one has leaked out way to much for the price your paying for it. EDIT: Spoke with the customer service rep named Frank. Awesome guy and really helped me out. This is why I stay at this dispensary.

Iesha is a fantastic bud tender. She really helped me yesterday with finding great products to help with my ailments. I am very grateful for her help! I have been going to Windy City Cannabis for 3 years now and the staff is always so friendly and helpful

Jaylyn was such a big help, with his infectious smile 😍 he was so informative he let me know about all the discounts, and he let me know how to really utilize the app since I had no idea. I frequent there a lot, but this is my first time having an encounter with him and I don’t want it to be the last🌹

This has always been a great place to go. I remember during Covid when there were lines going around the building. People still came! N ow that they’ve remodeled and expanded the size of the building. It’s much more efficient. The only suggestion that I can make is, can you paint the walls darker? It’s so bright in there and at a lot of the other dispensaries it’s dark and kind of moody and has a nice atmosphere. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I even got a free gift for my birthday. Thank you for being in Homewood.

Big Shout to the best employee you guy have on the clock . Give it up for Mr Colin he made sure I caught the best deal on my bud and gave me some valuable information before making my purchases I really appreciated him will be back very soon !!!

Windy City has never let me down. Been a member since they first opened. Good product, great deals. We'll see how the new loyalty plan works out...

SHOUT OUT TO SARA!! Great dispensary with good prices and some really awesome sales. Last visit my transaction was handled by Sara. She is GREAT! I've had my med card for about 5 years and she is the best dispensary agent I have ever dealt with. Friendly, competent, and so thorough. The purpose of my review is to point out to her bosses what an asset you have in her. A singularly excellent experience that stands out. She's a keeper and I hope manages a sales staff in the future. She knows what it's all about!! Keep up the good service and great sales!

Went there on a Wednesday afternoon and waited over an hour. Need to find a better solution with med Patient and rec Patient. I realize it’s Illinois state law but my God, I waited over an hour and then I just left Save yourself not only your hard earned money but your time And head northeast to pure Michigan

I love Windy City in homewood, I go often and every employee is so helpful and nice. The process of purchasing is so rewarding and easy since I can order online before going in. They always have good products and amazing deals 💗
