I just came here again after 6 years hiatus. Madison helped me, she was AWESOME!!! Completely turned my whole view and opinion of this place around! So happy I came back! I got some THC-A flower and a pre roll for a friend! This was awesome! Thank you for the help!!! Old review 6 years ago- The graphics on the side of the building caught my attention and brought me in. The store is nice and clean, everything is well placed and organized, however i feel customer servicr wasnt too stellar. I came in with a friend and we both had the same impression. That we werent all that welcomed, that was the general feeling. I came in looking for CBD products and they happened to have quite a selection. Curious as to what i was seeing, the clerk behind the counter just came off a little rude and condescending. Im a customer with questions, not a customer that knows exactly what they want. The other clerk sat back on his phone the entire time and not once attempted to help either of us when the clerk who was in the middle of "assisting" me, stopped and went to help another customer. A purchase was still made but i wont be coming back due to feeling unwelcomed.

The staff is always so helpful and nice. Also if they’re out of a certain product, they make a point to reorder it quickly, and have extra on hand for your return. Thanks guys!

Very nice!! It has everything! Amazing customer services. It has even products from overseas and brands with limited edition. Very recommended!

Ask the Wizard, and what you are seeking will more than likely be in a glass case... aka these people have anything and everything your mind could imagine. Customer service is beyond par, as I can never remember the vape juice I buy, but they do, 😆.
