Rude staff/owner, or unpleasant at best. They provide Reward Program, but the male staff/owner speaks to clients in the most condescending manner as I have ever seen, as if you own him one thousand dollars, and gives really rude and blunt answers. The price of goods are comparable to the Ranch99 supermarket next-door but are not competitive. Really shocked this kind of poor customer service exists. The male owner could be practicing the "old-car salesmanship", or just being himself. Either way, take your business elsewhere; fortunately choices abound in the neighborhood whose owners and customer-facing staff at least act as adults.

I suggest the owner can change all the staffs in your store otherwise your store will close sooner or later. I went to your store two time. The first time is a man wear a pair of glasses comes from Fujian China. He is rude and he doesn't know anything. The second time is an old lady with short hair. She doesn't anything either and she is also not friendly. How can you find these stuffs? Or you don't care about your store? I would never ever come to this store again. And I hope other customers never choose this store! The worst Chinese store ever! I never reviewed a Chinese store or restaurant one star. But this store makes me super mad!

I really like the way they have been setting up the way they do business during the pandemic. Price is reasonable and good quality. Very friendly customer service. I usually have to take my mom to go SF to get what she wants. I don't have to drive to SF anymore. Highly recommend.
