First if your going to own a business here you need to learn the language. I called to ask a simple question about parking and the man hangs up on me. I call back and his response was "WHAT DO YOU NEED"? How professional is that? Would not give these people my business if they were the only people in this city. Straight trash.

I accidentally bought the wrong batteries for my vape here and they wouldn't exchange them. I didn't want a refund. The batteries I needed were more expensive. Now I have two useless batteries that I don't know what to do with. Bad for the environment!

Do not buy juice from this place. It is all old. I was skeptical because of the color of a flavor that I buy often. It was harsh and horrible. They wouldnt take it back because it was open.Understandable I guess. It looks like all the juice was purchased around the same time by the looks of the packaging.Its all "discounted " that should have a red flag.

Just opened! Love the owner. Super friendly and provides a large selection of vapes and hookahs. They even have banana smash and backwoods single batch!! 10/10 would come again.

Lazy and poor service. They have one person running both stores essentially and if the smoke shop is locked, you have to go over to the liquor store, but at the moment I was there the person that was behind the counter at the liquor store can’t seem to move her lazy self over to the smoke shop to ring up some customers. At the time that I was there, a total of three people walked out Waiting for someone to go to the smoke shop. You’re losing business because you don’t have enough people to run both stores so why don’t you hire enough people to run both? Either that or close one of them, you clearly can’t handle two locations.
