It is so sad that the shop is so ran down now. I’ve walked in on multiple occasions and walked in on the same female employee leaned over the counter sucking face with a random male. Just for the male to get upset you’ve just interrupted his leach session. I never see an owner to bring it to their attention. From here on out if I see an older gray charger outside, I’ll take my business elsewhere. No one wants to see that nastiness. 🤮🤢🤮

This used to be my go to back when it opened (even though I live near Vape City ) because the first few time I noticed ZaZa had the most variety of flavors and NEW vape brands sooner than the competition. The real kicker for me was that it was 24/7 and has a drive through window. I referred alot of colleagues here and thats what got them into vaping ( I know I'm an enabler, moving on ) for some time it was beyond the competition. Then they did away with the 24/7, which forced me to start buying at vape city for any overnight vapes, if necessary, I still stuck to my guns and would opt to buy the following morning at Zaza instead once they open, However within the last 2 months I have stopped by at least 3 times at 7:58, 8:05 and Today 8:30 am respectively ( Since they "open at 8" ) but no employee was there to open and honestly, it was the last straw for me, personally. I'm strictly a vape guy fo i'll stick to Vape City now but they have a variety of products for other consumers i would still recommend you check out.

Best service ever provided. The lady who help me tonight made my night. She was really polite and very nice to help me pick some good flavors on the vapes. Good deals and she was patient with me. Thank you amazing service and prices are great too.

I went in the girl had no idea what’s she even selling I bought a joypen and went in the car I was I reading playing with my new toy and realize it doesn’t charge or turn on I go back inside tell the girl it doesn’t work she says exchange for something pricier and I said I wanted the one I want and she said all sales are final I said can I speak with ur manager I was at the store for 30 min waiting while they tried charging the joypen after it didn’t work she said to exchange it because the sale was final but the girl should have checked the the bong long before she even sold it to me that said I left my information told the manager if she could order me one that actually worked and I could come pick it up she said sure and that she would talk to her boss about a refund long story short I left empty handed and a hundred bucks short not sure if they’re straight gonna keep the money or what but I’ll keep ya posted this my become legal 😘 update: I waited a week to see what would happen I came in this mornin and asked the girl at the register same one btw super nice this time “any news?” She contacted her manager and we reached an understanding they were very accommodating and priced down the unicorn lookah for me plus a glass rolling tray so I’d say came out satisfied of that ordeal but of a hassle but resolved 3.5/5
