included are pictures of a door that is never supposed to be left open. it literally says on the door to keep the door closed. this shows how careless they are about their job. the staff are extremely disrespectful. they do not care about customer service. mostly every single time that I come here, I walk in and rather than taking care of the customers that are standing in line, they are sitting around talking and laughing with each other. they will literally finish their conversation with their coworker, laughing and talking about personal matters That have nothing to do with what they are supposed to be doing in their job. This is an email that I sent to them In regards to a terrible experience that I had earlier today: I visited your Sodo location today and purchased two disposable vapes. I get home and open one of them and it does not work at all. I called the store to explain to them about my issue. The person who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. i believe his name was Terell or Terez he is a light skinned black man with long dreads. I would appreciate a phone call from the stores Top manager. (not just a manager on duty for the day) I would like to speak to one of the higher ups about how rude and disrespectful your staff was to me on the phone. I just wanted to simply explain my issue about the defective product and how inconvenient it is to have to drive all the way back to the store. I am a widow with two kids. my husband was murdered. i don’t have much money but i chose to spend it at your establishment to buy me a disposable. i chose to drive 30 minutes to your store to do business with your company. and i don’t even get two words in before this staff member interrupted me and told me he was busy and did not have time to listen to my problems. I have been a loyal customer for years I don’t go to any other dispensaries, except for this one. I cannot believe someone would be so rude to treat a customer that way. Terrell or Terez whatever his name is should never be allowed to answer the phone. Every single time I come in there I see your staff members laughing talking to each other, ignoring the people who are standing in line so that they can sit there and talk to each other! They are so unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate of people’s time. this is not a proper way to do business. i am extremely hurt and disappointed. EDITED TO ADD THAT THE ONLT BUDTENDERS THAT HAVE BEEN NICE TO ME ARE JEFF AND LEILANI AND ONE OTHER GIRL I FORGOT HER NAME BUT SHE WAS SUPER NICE. i wish so badly i could remember her name.

This is my go-to spot! I love the music and the speed at which customers are helped. I’ve me so many great and kind employees but yesterday I was helped with a quickness and professionalism that made me ask her name. Kayla remembered the 3 different brands of vapes I was looking for, and the ranking order of my flavor choices 😂 and she had them out to me in about 60 seconds! Go (now?) Kush21!

I’ve been here a few times and although the experience was enjoyable, it wasn’t anything to rave about. Until today, although the store was packed and it seemed like the work crew was already in grind mode for the upcoming game, I was made to feel like the only person in the store, the lady who was helping me was sweet, efficient and it helped she was nice on the eyes. I believe she said she was one of the managers by the name of Mahi ? (Don’t know how to spell it) but great job Kush21 for having such a stellar employee

Only reason I’m giving this 5 stars is because of my budtender LaShaey, She was very quick and showed me multiple recommendations, a lot of the other budtenders were just standing around chatting among themselves and she’s one of only ones who called me over. She is seems like she is newer but she knows her stuff and gave me great recs for a great price, If it wasn’t for her my experience wouldn’t have as great as it was, being ignored doesn’t feel great a lot of other bud tenders should be doing their jobs instead of chit chatting

I buy weed here very frequently. I buy a lot of weed here. I just realized that many of the brands I buy here below a certain price point, are moldy Weed to be simply put. Weed should not leave a dusty fuzzy film residue on your fingers right away. The last bag oz of minibuds and oz of reups I bought from here were both covered in light dusty mold. Mildew is not trichromes. It can be a subtle difference. But the texture of the residue is unmistakable once you know. I did not get any kind of refund or store credit with receipt. This store is not a drug dealer, this is a congonlomerate. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I come here all the time it's a great place the security to the bartenders they're all amazing on top of the amazing prices but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Anne she's amazing I worked her over a half had her running all over the place let me check out all different strains and she did nothing but keep a smile and that just made me smile even more for the rest of my day, if you get a chance go see anne. Shes so receptive.

Excellent costumer service from Rueben. I was impressed by his extensive knowledge and ability to assess my needs and recommend the perfect products. Also happy to help me look through all the products I am curious about. He holds an innate presence of being your best friend with a very affable personality!

Wanted to buy the brand REDBIRD, needed to pick up my half. Turns out they are charging 140 for it. When it's only 100 at all other zips locations. What other products are you overcharging?

Parking is horrible. Some staff are friendly some are rude. Good prices. Horrible parking. Insanely busy sometimes. Online orders are never ready. THEY DO NOT PROPERLY STORE THEIR CONCENTRATES. Is it worth it to go there for the price if half the gram is leaked out?

I had a terrible experience at this store. First off, all of the staff were incredibly rude and curt throughout the entire interaction. The music was so loud that it was impossible to hear without yelling. All the items were behind a counter and impossible to see. To make matters worse, there were no prices listed either on a screen or on the items themselves. You have to rely entirely on the budtender to know what they have and how much it is. I do not recommend this store!!!
