Best selection and staff. Prices are norm for the area but they have the most stuff and it's not generic knock offs. Staff will take time to help with whatever.

What could i say it’s the best vape store in whole in Tennessee i will give them 10 stars if i could ,i drive 45 minutes to go there just because everyone working there have knowledge and honesty . They got everything I’m looking for and their prices non comparable to any other vape stores . Thank you Carl 😃

This is less about the business, more about the products. The vape juice is consistently ‘old’. With juices constantly rebranding it’s pretty obvious when a bottle has been sitting on the shelf for over 6 months. Sad to say i bought two boxes and they both have the flavor and color of cardboard.

I would highly recommend schooling the new hire on how to treat people and how the vape shop works. I came in a few days ago and had gotten 2 of the Orion vapes, upon asking to try them the first one wouldn’t work at all, I asked to change it out and he replied “I don’t really want to let you incase I get in trouble” so I made a review and had gotten a response saying to come back in and they would change the first one out and give me an extra for my troubles, so I go in tonight to do so and the same guy is at the counter, I show him my review and where it had stated to come in and I would get it swapped out and an extra one. He gets mad and says in a loud voice “just go change it out man” so I go change it out, get the extra one, bring them to the counter to try out and he says in a smart manner “are you new to vaping.” I don’t know what the guys issue is but he is definitely not worthy of working with the public. I didn’t catch his name but he is heavier-set, dirty blonde beard and was wearing purple female glasses.

Been having an unbelievable week and I stopped by to get a couple of things for my vape. The guy at the counter and I had a great conversation about my situation and about his family. He was friendly, empathetic, and compassionate to my situation. He gave me a really great deal that day and I couldn't be more grateful for his act of kindness. I was a customer one time 5 or 6 years ago when there was barely anything. Now the store has a large selection of products to choose from. I think I've found a great place to continue going to when I need vape products.
