Yes, Delta-8 THC is legal in Hawaii. As of September 22, 2021, Hawaii state law aligns with federal regulations, legalizing all derivatives, cannabinoids, and isomers of hemp, excluding Delta-9 THC. This means that Delta-8 THC products derived from hemp and containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC are permitted in Hawaii.
