If I could give zero stars I would. Update your hours online if you aren't actually open until 9. I arrived at 8:35 for an ONLINE PICK UP ORDER THAT WAS READY TO GO. Door is locked, but there's 2 employees standing there at the register telling me there closed. You know the least you could do is open up the door and tell me instead of shooing me away. I wasn't trying to roam around the store and purchase anything, I was picking up an ONLINE ORDER that was already paid for. Again, if you aren't open until 9 then the business should have updated hours. Won't be shopping here again.

There's typically one employee who does an ok job. Otherwise everyone else on staff appears to look like there on a 6 hour break while working. Chit chatting and no real work being done. No wonder there is a high turnover rate. Always see people come and go. Clear sign of management issues. Setting the example starts from the top to bottom.
