Been in the store a few times. They are always very helpful and have a lot of knowledge of their products. Bought a really nice piece the other day, and came back today for some add ons, couldn't be happier!!!

Not sure if it was an off day but I came in the shop a few weeks back on a Sunday around mid day. There was a lady and a gentleman with longer hair working. Upon walking in the gentleman seemed a bit upset by how he looked at my friends and I. We all got the vibe something stressful had just happened. The lady was busy with another customer, so it was up to the gentleman to help us out. I came in for an 18mm AC and to view the cool glass in the shop. Told him about that and asked a few questions. His answers to my questions were quick and simple which at first I was understanding of due to my belief that something serious had happened. I asked to view the 18mm ACs to which he showed me the case. He said the top row was all 18mm. Saw one I liked and asked him to grab it and confirm it was 18mm. He grabbed it quickly and handed it to me asking if I wanted anything else. Turns out he grabbed a 14mm one which I didn’t catch and ended up purchasing. What really disappointed me was while he was checking me out, the lady who had finished with her customer began profusely apologizing to him about a missed order. I had thought it was an important glass delivery, but as they kept talking it turned out to just be a food delivery order. Dude was that stressed about his lunch that he barely helped my friends and I while giving me the wrong product. Gotta chill out man you work in a glass shop.

Extremely friendly staff, which is super helpful because I get nervous entering smoke stores, especially alone! I am new to edibles but the staff was able to recommend me some I fell in love with, like the Trippy-‘Os! If you take edibles and hate the weed-like aftertaste, these are perfect because they taste like regular Oreos, trust. Thank you so much for the helpful tips and for not making me feel clueless, haha!

At first, I went to this store based off a recommendation and was nervous to go in by myself. However the staff was incredibly friendly and the process of buying from them was smooth!

Becca the new girl was such a sweetheart and really made my experience special! Not to mention all of the products are absolutely amazing!
