great customer service! i bought an elf bar and 2 of them malfunctioned. third one did as well but wasn’t going to keep changing my choices. he took back broken ones and gave me a new working one. great place. very friendly and attentive

Customer service is excellent, they are friendly.
Never disappointed, products good, the brand they carry so far have been ok with me and others I personally know. A bit paranoid getting things somewhere else because it didn’t go well (emergency) when I went to a different store.
