He took the time to explain how to properly take care of the unit I bought, showed me how to use it and which oil based on my taste preference I would enjoy. Best customer service i have ever received! the manager is one of the nicest people i have ever met. i had an issue with 2 of my fumes staying lit and he replaced them with out even a thought.
