Extremely satisfied customers. We came in hunting a birthday present for a close friend. Upon arrival, Dakota informed us they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. That's okay, he came out and talked through his favorite products with us, outlining what he is using now and what he has in the past, what is new and what he doesn't like. He directed us to what we were looking for without 100% cramming the most expensive items down our throat. We found THE PERFECT birthday set because of the hands on customer service we received. I would have never looked at the Cheech products for fear of their price tag but in truth, they are well priced and very very good quality products. This shop has a HUGE selection of virtually everything except bags to keep it in. Literally. We were impressed with the selection of both high and regular quality items and the prices were really good compared to other close shops. Literally every thing: wood pipes, water pipes, vapes (both disposable and the super puffy ones). I've never seen such a large selection! This is officially my new first stop smoke shop and I truly hope each employee is as attentive, knowledgeable, and patient as Dakota. Thanks man, you really took the anxiety out of birthday shopping.

Went to store bought a 338.00 vaporizer worked for 2 days then issues started. Went to store and they would help sent me to the manufacturer, problem is that I don’t want the same product anymore after it being defective will not calibrate properly just overheats the bowl till it’s black on bottom I understand you don’t do refunds but an exchange due to the device being defective is not cool. Now I have to deal with a company I don’t want to be bothered with to get the item fixed or I’m out my money that’s just bad. The manager never reached out yet I spoke to 3 different employees 2 over phone and 1 in person they all took my info and said that she would call me guess that was just to get me to leave them alone. Well I won’t be back to buy anything else. Update 5/15 around 6-6:30pm decided I really needed the carta atomizer since focus v wasn’t being help the young gentleman at the store helped me and made my day better I told him about my situation and they helped me so I guess I’ll be back again and again great customer service

Love this store!! Good prices. Very knowledgeable staff. Staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Always a nice friendly atmosphere. I recommend this shop very highly.

Unfriendly staff. Not just one, several. There are too many vape shops to have staff who turn away business. So I called the next day and they have the coil I want. When I go in they tell me they don't have them.(same person) I told him I called. He says "Oh, the .03" Thanks. I won't be back!

Airis P8000 Blueberry ice!! First disposable I have seen with this amount of cloud! Airflow control produces even more clouds ! This is my new favorite. Thanks for the above and beyond service.
